Returns & Refunds

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

We offer EASY RETURNS for all customers by providing a returns label. Returns must be made at your own cost and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel makes it back to 10STORE.COM . Only parcels received are eligible for a refund.

- Items must be returned in unused condition with ALL original packing. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

- Items must have all tags attached to process a full refund return. In the event that we are unable to process a return a store credit will be issued.

- For damaged or faulty goods or incorrect shipments please contact our customer service team at help@10store.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your goods for further assistance. Please also include photographs identifying fault within your item (s).  Items received without prior communication with customer service, will  be refunded in accordance to our standard returns policy.

- Beauty lines and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

- For hygiene purposes all swimwear & underwear are final sale.

- Shoes must be tried on indoors with no signs of wear.

     

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

    We aim to process all returns within 28 calendar days, once your return has been processed we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

    An automated confirmation email will be sent from 10STORE.COM and a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.

    If any item isn’t returned in the condition outlined in our refund policy a 10STORE.COM store credit will be issued.

     

    CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    At present we’re unable to offer exchanges upon receiving your return, we’re sorry to disappoint! We’ll make every effort to quickly process your return and refund you back to your original method of payment. In the meantime, you’re more than welcome to place another order with us to receive your desired item.

     

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    We like to get your order out to you quickly so unfortunately we can’t make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to items or address information. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to send it back to our Returns Team located in the United Kingdom.
